We celebrated my husband's birthday there and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, really went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfy, and we even borrowed chargers without fuss, like it was no trouble at all.

It wasn’t cheap, but you know, for the service we got, I would say it was still reasonable.

The room was lovely with tall ceilings, and I loved the vibrant bar and stylish decor. The Sunday lunch was the best I've had outside of London!

Noise from the nightclub can be disruptive, especially for lower-level rooms!!! Management should improve soundproofing to ensure a restful experience for all guests!!! better attention to maintenance issues is essential for guest comfort!!!

The King Room, Disability Access was well-situated, offering a fantastic city atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring some of the best coffee I've had in hotels. the room showed signs of wear with scratches and a few maintenance issues, impacting the overall experience. The check-in process was efficient, but the tired appearance of the room suggests the need for some updates to maintain quality.
